Surah Muhammad is surah no 47.
Total verses of surah Muhammad is 38
Let's do it this way.
For 47 ------- Subtract bigger number (7)   to the smaller one ( 4). --------7 - 4 = 3
Found a number : 743

For 38 ------- Subtract bigger number (8)   to the smaller one (3). --------8 - 3 = 5
Found a number : 835

  Subtract bigger number (835)   to the smaller one (743)

835 -  743 = 92 = Numerical Value of "MUHAMMAD"

This is the second calculation just by using 47 and 38.

For 47 ------- Subtract bigger number (7)   to the smaller one ( 4). --------7 - 4 = 3
Keep two  numbers : 74

For 38 ------- Subtract bigger number (8)   to the smaller one (3). --------8 - 3 = 5
Keep two  numbers :  83

Add those numbers 74 + 83 = 157

The rest of it is 3 and 5. Make it as 35 and add it to the first calculation.

157 + 35 = 192

Transliteration

Waallatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati waamanoo bima nuzzila AAala muhammadin wahuwa alhaqqu min rabbihim kaffara AAanhum sayyi-atihim waaslaha balahum
  

Translation

But those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, and believe in the (Revelation) sent down to Muhammad - for it is the Truth from their Lord,- He will remove from them their ills and improve their condition.

So, 47 is the number of surah, and 2 is the verse.
