Finding the pattern of 19 in TIME is my first research ever.

TIME is an important element in the UNIVERSE. Take a look at your watch. You'll find 12 on top, 3 right, 6 bottom, and 9 left. Put all the numbers together.

That circle divided into 4 major part. Each part represents 15 minutes. From 12, 15 minutes to 3, 15 minutes to 6, 15 minutes to 9, 15 minutes to 12 (12 appear just 1 time).

1 hour = 60 minutes, 1 Minute = 60 seconds, 1 day = 24 hours

Since 60 minutes can be divided to 15,15,15, and 15 minutes, we try to replace 60 minutes to those numbers.

1 hour = 60 minutes. 1 day = 24 hours. Thus 1 day = 24 x 60 = 1440 minutes.
1440 minutes represent 1 day.
